| ROUGH JUSTICE (2) Definition: Treatment that is fair but not expected or official. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, even if not understandable or appreciated. 2. Treatment, whether good or bad, is deserved, even if it cannot be explained or rationalized. 3. Never planned by the official(s) to be given, even if it is merited. That is, never prepared for (see definition). 4. An important loss/gain or disadvantage/profit arises from the situation or out of the fairness. That is, treatment achieves objective(s). 5. Treatment lasts for a period considered appropriate - whether short, medium or long-term or everlasting. 6. Treatment is not unlawful or an illegality (to emphasize). 7.
