| ROOM-MATE (1) Definition: A person that you share a room with, especially at a college or university. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to be with person - to learn, study and graduate, hoping it is the same with or as you. 2. Very healthy; clean, neat, tidy and personally very hygienic. 3. Has no annoying personal habits. (And is not noisy, with a body or mouth odour. And does not bed-wet or snore!) 4. Understanding and cooperative. That is, does not cause a disturbance, especially when you are doing something serious or important (or secretive and/or illegal!). 5. Does not shirk responsibilities, if any, regarding the cleaning, arrangement, etc. of room, etc. 6. Does not accommodate a squatter! (To emphasize.) 7. (Reserved.) (Studying the same course and/or subjects as you.) 8. Person is of your gender! (What's looks got to do with it?) 9. Friendly, courteous, trusted and keeps good company (and keeps also your secrets!). 10. Studious, reliable, resourceful and/or hardworking. 11. Will make progress and eventually graduate from college or university (to emphasize). 12. Does nothing illegal to bring an embarrassment or inconvenience to you.
