| ROOM (1) Definition: A part of a building that has its own walls, floor and ceiling and is usually used for a particular purpose. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, whatever this/these may be. 2. Dimensions in respect of length, width and height are right for owner(s) or user(s) or occupier(s). 3. Part is in the condition desired - rough or prim, rowdy or arranged, stuffy or airy, dark or bright, etc. 4. Well-built. That is, strength of walls, ceiling and floor are made of material(s) of choice: excellent. (Not leaking or flooded or damp!) 5. Safe, secured and protected. (And the surroundings are also convenient for occupant(s).) 6. Habitable, usable, can be rented, etc. especially when desired. (Connect to #3.) 7. Painted in colour(s) desired, or left plain, if required, whichever is applicable. 8. Ambience, that is, condition of the environment is as desired - with or without soundproofed doors, walls, etc. (to emphasize, connect to #3 & #4). 9. Has the facilities - cheap or expensive - that are desired in the correct and complete numbers, quality, etc. 10. Available and ready for use, whether empty or crowded, and properly taken care of by owner(s), user(s) or occupant(s), especially when being used or occupied (see definition, to emphasize). 11.
