| ROLLOVER (3) Definition: (especially North American English) The turning over of a vehicle during an accident. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. No wound or injury or death to the driver and/or the passenger(s), if any, in the upturned vehicle. 2. No serious damage to vehicle and contents, if any, inside or on top of vehicle. 3. Vehicle is able to be soon returned to its former, normal position. Or is able to be recovered immediately or soon after crash. 4. Driver is able to and can continue journey, if necessary, immediately or soon afterwards. And complete and proper repairs on vehicle can be effected. 5. Road is not damaged and other road users are not inconvenienced as a result of somersault, seepage, screeches, skids, etc. 6.
