| ROGUE STATE Definition: A country that is regarded as a threat to one's own country's security, for example because it supports terrorism. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Evidence or proof - not a mere suspicion or accusation - of one country being a 'threat' to the other, can be provided by nation labelling another. _______________________________________ No news is good news (See perfect BARACK OBAMA.) 5. Efforts that may be made to 'disarm' rogue nation will be vehemently resisted.
