| RISING STAR Definition: A rising star in a particular sport, art, or area of business is someone who is starting to do very well and who people think will be very successful. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Ability or skill, prowess or capability, etc. with which progress is being made will be genuine. 2. Records, standards, etc. being accomplished will be considered as a little bit above normal for level or stage. 3. Progress and advancement, growth and development, etc. will be gradual, consistent, patient and painstaking, with the inevitable mistakes being noted and corrected along the way. 4. Will be appropriately guided or be under the tutelage of an older more experienced, even if fading, talent in the sphere (to emphasize). 5. Knows for certain what he or she wants and never loses focus. That is, will be constantly practising, rehearsing, learning, etc. And will not let 'fame' get into his or her head. 6. Never gets involved in an illegality that can threaten career advancement or progression. And never gets caught in a scandal, etc. 7.
