| RIOTER Definition: A person who participates in a riot. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Person has a purpose and considers participation a necessity. 2. Has a justification or knows and believes in the cause. And aware of the probable consequences. 3. Appropriately prepared and ready for the 'long haul'. That is, knows that he or she can be arrested, detained, arrainged or prosecuted, jailed, killed, etc. 4. Does not get injured (or killed) by the police, etc., or get wounded in the process of damaging public and/or private property, or of confronting law enforcement agent(s). 5. Appropriately clothed and equipped to confront the riot police! 6. Never arrested afterwards. That is, not given away by fellow rioters or picked up by video evidence, eyewitnesses, etc. 7. Returns home, if any, in good time and safely, but only if ... 8. Achieves objective(s), whatever this/these is/are. ________________ ... WHATEVER.
