| RIGHT TO LIFE Definition: When people talk of an unborn baby's right to life, they mean that a baby has a right to be born, even if it is severely disabled or if its mother does not want it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for proponents and on behalf of baby. (To emphasize.) [Recognized and backed by the law or not.] 2. Decision or mistake by girl/woman, to be or that resulted in being put in the family way, was not taken, or made, in consultation or connivance, with baby. [So an innocent should not suffer for the crime of the guilty.] 3. Punishment or sanction exists for breach of right or for a failed attempt to terminate, or a successful termination of, the life of foetus. [To be meted out by a competent court of law or the Creator!] 4. Baby does not threaten mother-to-be's life or the life of another foetus, if any. That is, pregnancy can be safely delivered if taken to term. [It will not kill anyone, so, why think of murdering it?] 5. Talk serves purpose(s), whatever baby turns out to be in life or even if it dies immediately on being born.
