Definition: [ ~ (to something/to do something) ] A moral or legal claim to have or get something or to behave in a particular way.

1. Purposeful and necessary, to have a chance to claim thing or to request or desire to do a thing in a particular way. TO LIFE.

2. Claim is specific and identifiable; not confusing or obscurantist. OF SILENCE.

3. Measurable and/or assessable, be it (= claim) conditional or full, timeless or time-bound, exclusive or shared, etc. TO COMPENSATION.

4. Cast in stone. That is, has a backing in the statute books, rules and regulations, constitution, charter, etc. In other words, very clearly stated as a moral or legal due. OF REPLY.

5. Protected and guaranteed. That is, there will be a channel or medium to seek a restoration, if claim is wrongly denied or abridged. TO DIE.

6. Not blatantly contradictory to the (a) law or in opposition to the claim (= rights) of another. OF WAY.

7. Accompanied with a responsibility. Or goes with a burden, whether realized or unknown, by who lays claim or wishes to behave in some particular way mentioned. TO A FAIR TRIAL.

8. Present or will be made available at a proper or an auspicious time, with a remedy, if infringed. OF APPEAL.

9. What is being claimed or the behaviour wanted is real or realistic. And meaningful, to boot! TO AN OPINION.

10. Claim being demanded or pursued, or behaviour hoping to be displayed, will be healthy for the life/well-being of claimant, when secured or given, displayed or performed. OF CHOICE.
