| RICHNESS Definition: The state of being rich in something, such as as colour, minerals or interesting qualities. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. State or thing rich in is specific and identifiable. 2. Elements that thing is rich in are measurable and/or assessable. 3. Availability of thing is in adequate variety, not in a monotony. 4. State lasts or exists or will be present for period hoped for. 5. No danger in, or threat from, the state of the thing. 6. State has no encumbrance - not of a legal, cultural, political, social, economic, etc. nature. That is, there is no doubt about the nature, ownership or possession, etc. of thing. In other words, thing can be accessed or used/applied, misused or misapplied, whenever desired. 7. State of thing is useful and/or important to the owner(s) or possessor(s). That is, any right-thinking person or authority will have a desire to possess and/or retain thing (To emphasize.) 8. Quality and quantity of thing is adequate for the intended use/uses or purpose(s), with reserve(s), if necessary. 9.
