| BEATIFICATION (1) Definition: The act of the Pope giving a dead person a special honour by stating officially that he/she is very holy. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to declare the deceased human as holy. 2. The decision-making process is not rushed. That is, timing of award will be appropriate and event will be right with the faithful. 3. The location of the burial place and the corpse of the dead person would be known and accessible, if desired, after his or her passing. 4. Deeds and successes, accomplishments and victories, will be listed. 5. Honour will not be accompanied with any material donation to the heirs or successors, charity or foundation, if any, of the deceased. 6.
