Definition: (formal) The expression of great enthusiasm or happiness in speech or writing.

1. Purposeful and necessary for talker or writer.

2. Expression has a basis - victory/success, expectation/promise, etc.

3. Speech lasts for appropriate period of time. Or writing is of the desired length.

4. Unmistakeable, that is, enthusiasm or happiness is full, palpable and cannot be missed or misinterpreted by listener(s)/reader(s).

5. Does not lead to too much excitement and/or overreaction on the part of speaker/writer and/or listener/reader. That is, consequence of talk or write-up is as desired or hoped for. In other words, no unplanned loss arises from the situation.

6. Speech or writing serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s).
