| REWARD (1) Definitions: i. [ ~ (for something) / (for doing something) ] A thing that you are given because you have done something good, worked hard, etc. ii. Something given or promised in recognition of service(s) rendered. ____________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (for emphasis) and necessary, and stated to the recipient or eventual recipient. 2. Timely given or promised - when it can benefit or spur the recipient. 3. Adequate, in content, quality and quantity in the opinion of the receiver. 4.
