Definition: (economics) Goods that are returned to the company that supplied them, for example because they are damaged or not needed.

1. Purposeful and necessary to have goods returned to supplier.

2. Damaged not be caused by seller(s). Or goods being not needed would not be the result of lack of sales or the purchase of cheaper goods.

3. Arrangement will be in a 'contract' or agreement - no bad feelings. Therefore, the correct refunds will be promptly made.

4. Returned timely for the supplier to still be able to make a quick decision on what to do with the damaged or unwanted goods.

5. It will be possible to repair or still sell the particular goods.

6. The financial loss arising from the 'rejects' will be bearable.
