Neat (spacious, well-laid out, good location, etc). 2. Clean (no bad smell or insects, live or dead, stains, etc.). 3. Courteous and efficient staff. 4. Satisfied and happy staff (salary, condition of service, etc). 5. Fresh ingredients (natural not expired, not 'lab' or genetically grown, not passed use-by-date, etc). 6. Cooking is done right and well and, therefore, meals taste perfectly; excellent recipe! 7. Has menu with anything or/and everything that may be desired by diner(s). 8. Proper timeliness of the welcome, the service proper (and customer(s) departure!). 9. No food poisoning, planned or unplanned. 10. No credit sales. No post-dated cheque payments (?). 11. Cost of meal is fair for the diner(s) (affordability is not its problem). And bill is correct and true. 12. Tip(s) should not be compulsory. 13.
