| RESPONSIBILITY (5) Definition: Person or thing for which one is responsible. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. The human or object will be specific and identifiable. 2. The person will be real (active) - not a corpse, and the thing will be realistic (actual) - not some phantom quantity. 3. Condition of the human being and the state of the thing will be assessable and/or measurable throughout the period of time. 4. The onus will be imposed by a law or an edict, some custom or tradition, rule or regulation, etc. - and will be unchallengeable. 5. Person will not possess higher authority or be of a higher status, and thing will not have a superior or better capacity at the time that duty of safekeeping or care will be expected to be discharged. 6. He or she can be contacted and controlled and item tracked and managed at all times, while hoped to be taken care of by a person. That is, person will be expected to cooperate or comply, always. 7.
