| RESIDENT (1) Definition: A person who lives in a particular place or who has their home there. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Specific and identifiable, especially by the vigilante, and the other residents in place. 2. Has an identification on his or her persons at all times. Or can prove status as a person living in particular place. 3. Cooperates fully and living peacefully, with the other reasonable residents and the law enforcement agents, whenever required to do so. 4. Belongs to, and participates fully in the activities of, the residents' association, if any, paying his or her dues, etc. performing assigned roles, etc. regularly and efficiently. 5. Will not do anything that is illegal in place, or within the area, to put other residents at risk or in danger. 6. Behaviour and conduct, attitude and relationship with the others in area, will be of a morally right-thinking person - does not disturb the neighbourhood. 7. Has a high sense of personal hygiene and will not do anything that will damage the natural environment or despoil an ecosystem, if any, around place or vicinity. 8. (Reserved.)
