Quantity or volume of water is adequate. 5. Lake is protected all-year round. That is, guards, etc. watch over safety or security of the body of water. 6. Does not cause a problem for surrounding structures or residents. That is, no problems such as an overflow, flood, a 'breach', etc. from the lake. 7. (Reserved.)
