Timely started, conducted and completed/concluded. 5. Well-funded, but its overall costs will not be so expensive, vis-a-vis results obtained (= final products). (To emphasize.) 6. Work is true. That is, discoveries are genuine and really new - being the outcome of honest studies, experiments, etc. 7. The environment and/or nature is not damaged or distorted as a direct outcome of the activities involved. 8. Achieves objective(s).
