EGYPT. F. Its electoral system will be credible and the resolution of any electoral dispute(s) will be just and fair ... weak or strong. FRANCE. G. The allegiance and conduct of the leaders and/or representatives will not be questionable or selfish or reckless ... new or old. GHANA. H. The form of government or governance structure will be worth defending. That is, the country's armed forces will be 100% loyal and the citizenry will be patriotic.
