| REPLACEMENT (3) Definition: [ ~ (for somebody) ] A person who replaces another person in an organization, especially in their job. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize, connect to #2). 2. Necessity to get new person to take the place of former employee. 3. Person is qualified and/or eligible, as determined by the employer. __________________ PERMANENT STAFF, (see perfect EMPLOYEE). 4. Person is legally or properly employed, engaged, hired, etc. 5. More efficient and effective than the former person - in terms of productivity! 6. More hygienic, punctual, honest, etc. than the former person. _________________ TRAINEE ... Stays in the job, or engaged in an assignment, for a period considered reasonable - before he/she is replaced again, if necessary. 9.
