| REPATRIATION (1) Definition: The act or process whereby somebody is sent or brought back to their own country. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements would be in. 1. Purposeful for both sender and returnee. 2. Considered necessary to repatriate person. 3. Act is authorized or approved. That is, 'transportation' is not an illegality. 4. Person is sent or brought back to own country timely. 5. Person arrives back in state or condition desired. 6. Act serves purpose(s) as exactly hoped for, especially for authorities sending back returnee. 7. Nothing important is left behind in country being taken away from. 8. Who is being repatriated contributed directly or indirectly to being asked to leave. 9. Person does not plan to and does not return to where he or she is being returned from, unless ... .
