| REOPENING (1) Definition: The act of opening a shop/store, theatre, etc. again, or an opening again, after being closed for a period of time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Necessity - renovation, rest, relocation, etc. - to open again, after being shut for a while. 3. The place is or will be opened again at the right time (to emphasize, connect to #4). 4. Intention is adequately publicized before date due for the act to happen. And appropriate arrangements are made for receiving or welcoming new patron(s), visitor(s), entrant(s), etc. 5. Services provided or available in place are an improvement on the first or earlier occasion; better on being opened again. 6. Shop/store, etc. is safer, neater, etc. than the earlier time. And environment or location is better than the previous place's. 7. Prices, charges, costs, etc. are not unreasonably higher than the first or earlier time. And/or accessibility is not more difficult than when place was opened earlier (to emphasize). 8. Loss or losses during period of closure, if any, is recouped on place being reopened. 9. Provisions or the things on offer in place being reopened are more in variety and/or quantities (connect to #4). 10. (Reserved.)
