Person has a purpose (and a justification?) for offending again. 2. First or earlier offence/crime is known by others. (To emphasize.) 3. Crime or offence is the same as the earlier one. 4. Person did not learn any lesson from the outcome of first offence. 5. Criminal never expected or will not expect to be found out (connect to #2). 6. Person achieves objective(s) as exactly hoped or planned for. 7. Gets no chance to commit same crime, again. That is, offender is caught and punished appropriately. 8. (Reserved.)
