| RENTAL (2) Definition: The act of renting something or an arrangement to rent something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Considered a necessity to rent instead of a purchase or an acquisition, or stealing, or borrowing, etc. 3. Inspection/examination and/or confirmation/selection of the needed item/object is done. 4. Negotiations/discussions on fees, duration, conditions, etc. takes place and are concluded. 5. Agreement/contract/documentation, etc. are secured, signed and sealed, as applicable. 6. Payment/deposit, etc. of sums due for 'rent' is made. 7. Item is collected/transported, etc. by/to payer for use or usage. 8. Object is returned to renter at the end of stated period, whether thing is used or not! 9.
