Thing on beginning again, continues for a period desired - not to stop immediately after starting again (unless the specific design of thing/process, or aim, is to have thing start and stop). 6. The beginning again is not illegal or against a regulation/rule. 7. No unplanned loss occurs during restart or as a result. 8.
