| REMUNERATION (2) Definition: (formal) (finance) When someone is paid for the work they have done. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to reward efforts put into an endeavour. 2. Timing will be as stated or provided for in the agreement/contract. 3. Sum given out as a payment to worker will be correct and complete. 4. Cash receipt or crediting of account, as applicable, will be timely. 5. The earner or recipient (= worker) will be in the right frame of mind. 6.
