Purposeful - even if this is known only to the remover. 2. Considered necessary to get rid of particular thing. 3. Act or action is authorized or approved, if necessary. 4. Thing to be rid of is correctly identified. 5. Method to use - tear, wash, scrub, etc. - to get rid of thing is the appropriate one, such that no part or remnant remains. (Connect to #7.) 6. No unplanned loss in the process or getting rid of thing - not to item moved or the equipment used to accomplish task. 7. No possibility of thing regrowing, reappearing, returning, etc. That is, method applied to get rid of thing is effective, and long-lasting. 8.
