| RELUCTANCE Definition: A hesitation before an action because you do not want to do something or because you are not sure it is the right thing to do. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. Facts and information necessary to help in the decision-making process are complete and available. Or there is a basis for the 'pause' decision taken or that will be taken. (Connect to #3.) 3. Situation is studied or thought over thoroughly before a conclusion is arrived at. 4. Risk or risks is/are involved in doing or not doing thing, whether thing is gladdening or saddening, right or wrong! 5. Decision to tarry is or was not influenced by the comments, remarks, etc. of another person. 6. You are in an excellent frame of mind during the consideration of all the available options (connect to #3). 7. 'Gamble' will pay off. That is, outcome, on finally doing thing, will be positive, favourable: you will be happy it was done and thing will turn out right.
