| RELEASE (4) Definition: The act of letting a gas, chemical, etc. come out of the container where it has been safely held. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize), not in error. 2. Considered a necessity to let out contents. 3. Thing is let out to the right place/spot, etc. in the atmosphere. 4. Amount let out is the right quantity or quantities. And speed or rate, period or season, of 'escape' will be the right one. 5. Gas, chemical, etc. will be released at the right time or moment to help achieve goal(s). 6. Thing released poses no threat to person/thing releasing substance. That is, person is adequately equipped or dressed and proper arrangements are in place before act. 7. Reaction that results from the letting out is the normal, expected one (to emphasize). 8. The environment is not damaged as a result of released gas, etc. 9. Thing let out serves purpose(s). That is, no regret(s) for releasing gas, etc. 10. Act or action is authorized or approved, where necessary. Or act is done while in a proper frame of mind. ______________________ * CONTROLLED. | |
