| RELEASE (1) Definition: [ ~ (of somebody) (from something) ] The act of setting a person or an animal free; the state of being set free. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. * This is not about the freedom. 1. Purposeful and necessary to set person/animal free. 2. Well-considered. That is, properly thought about before process is started, continued and concluded. 3. Person or animal is desirous of being set free. 4. No serious connection or link exists that may bring about a desire for person/animal to want to return to former place of captivity. 5. No danger will be posed, by who or what is being released, to who or what released person/thing. 6. Act happens or is done timely to help achieve objective(s). 7. No conditions, terms, provisos, etc. is attached to process. That is, setting free is complete or total. 8. Act is authorized or approved, where necessary; not an illegality. 9. Setting free does not expose person/animal being freed to a danger or to some greater danger. (Connect to #3.) 10. Act is not paid for by the person/animal being set free.
