| REINVESTMENT Definition: The act or process of putting profits that have been made on an investment back into the same investment or into a new one. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (connect to #9). 2. Well-considered before the decision is taken. 3. All of the earlier profits is what is invested again. 4. 'Ploughback' is insured or guaranteed: ensures that initial profits, at the least, will not be lost. 5. Venture invested in is lawful at the time of a ploughback of profits.
