Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Considered necessary to start reuse. 3. Condition or state of thing is same - or better than, but not worse - as when used earlier. 4. Restart of use is not an unlawful act, even if the first or earlier use was very legal. 5. Reuse is not hindered or hampered. That is, thing is used as desired or wished for, but similar to how used the earlier time. And usage lasts for duration hoped for (to emphasize). 6. Starting again to use thing is as authorized or approved, by the appropriate authorities, where necessary. And thing is not being forcefully used again, where a resistance is put up (where possible). 7.
