Activities undertaken are in the right and correct measures. That is, process is adequately and properly monitored. Development and strength is to the level desired at every stage of the thing's growth. 6. Being made to develop and grow strong again will be useful and safe. That is, area, institution, etc. will be protected, secured and viable for required application, occupation, etc. 7. Act or process, however long it takes, achieves goal(s). 8.
