Definition: The ability to react quickly with your body when something unexpected happens, for example when you are involved in sports or when you are driving a car.

1. Purposeful and necessary to have and use ability. And use or usage will not be that resulting in a complete change in the position of the whole body.

2. Senses and mind will be in an excellent state to immediately recognize the need to react.

3. Thinking or thought process and reasoning will not be disconnected or disjointed such that a wrong decision is taken.

4. Impulsive action that will result from decision-making will be initially unrestrained. That is, it will not be possible to adjust or readjust, 'recoil', withdraw, etc., once an act or action commences.

5. Speed or pace of reaction will be considered as proper under the circumstances. And no unplanned loss will arise as a direct fallout of a reaction or the movement of part(s) of the body.

6. Ability serves purpose(s) or reaction achieves desired goal(s), as exactly wished or planned for, and return to normal state will be possible afterwards.
