| RECONSTITUTION Definition: The act of forming an organization or group again in a different way. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to change way of formation. 2. Act will be approved or authorized (where applicable). That is, an examination or assessment would have been carried out before decision to change style of formation was made. 3. Formation will be commenced and concluded timely, to help to achieve goal(s) maximally. 4. Features and nature of the new, will be markedly or substantially different from what the former group or organization had or was. 5. Components, organs, etc. of new group, etc. will be correct and complete; all fit-for-purpose. (Connect to #6.) 6. Functionality and effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, etc., will be as desired, whether this is lesser or greater than the previous group's or organization's. 7. What is reconstituted will be sustained or sustainable for duration desired, until the next change, alteration, reshuffle, dismantling, etc. or until it is destroyed or outlawed. 8.
