Manned at all times by qualified and trained employee(s): multilingual, courteous, efficient, etc., as necessary. 5. Dimensions are in order. That is, area is spacious enough and convenient for receptionist(s) and user(s). 6. Clean, neat and tidy. That is, won't be a health hazard or pose an environmental challenge. 7. Safe, secured and appropriately protected. 8. Ambiance is comfortable - fresh, well-lit, airy, friendly, safe floor- not slippery!, etc., etc. 9. Employee(s) in charge of the area has/have no attitude and no issues of personal hygiene or annoying, irritating habits. (Connect to #4 & #5.) 10. Place is well-equipped, with adequate number and types of seats, clean conveniences, entertainment provisions, dispensers, reading materials, communication facilities, etc., etc., as necessary. 11.
