What is written or printed on paper is appropriately detailed - quantity, unit price, sub totals, service charge, totals, VAT, date, timing, the payer's name(s), etc., as applicable. And these are true and complete. 6. Print or writing is clear and readable. _____________ 7. An original document - with the duplicate, triplicate, etc. in appropriate safekeeping or custody. 8.
