Purposeful to get person or animal back. 2. Considered a necessity, in the opinion of catcher. _____________ 3. Excessive energies or efforts are not involved in the pursuit. 4. No injury, wound, etc. to person/animal in the process of catching him/her/it, whatever condition the person or animal is in. _____________ 5. Catcher or the instrument/equipment used to catch person/animal is not injured/damaged in the process. And there was no unplanned loss in the quest to get person/thing back. 6.
