| REBEL (1) Definition: A person who fights against the government of their country. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Person has a purpose and considers it necessary. 2. Person made complaints or grudges known to the government before finally taking up arms. __________________________________________ PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED OR REGULAR GUY. 3. Person does not have dual citizenship and is not a naturalized citizen (to emphasize). 4. Has a cause which, to him or her, is patently justified. ______________________________________________ RICH OR POOR, REASONABLE OR UNREASONABLE. 5. Villain to those in authority ( = power, government, etc.) and therefore being hunted down. (But hero to his or her supporters or those who take up arms alongside him/her.) 6. Never gets captured. Or, if ever caught by the 'rebel' forces, never renounces the cause. ___________________________ HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES. 7. Losses, planned or unplanned, in the course of the 'struggle', will not make success, if or when obtained, a Pyrrhic victory. 8.
