REASSERTION (3)

Definition: The act of stating again, clearly and firmly, that something is true.

* All eight elements should be in.


1. Purposeful, to state fact again.

2. Necessity to restate particular claim.

3. Stated at the beginning as a repeat/repetition of true status.

4. Nothing new is added to the previous statement (to emphasize).

5. Thing is actually true - not a claim based on an anticipation or expectation, suspicion, sixth sense or premonition, etc.

6. Claim is made only once. That is, it will not be restated a second (third?) time (and again!) that thing is true (to emphasize, see definition).

7. Delivery of statement is without a pause or hesitation. And what is restated is not uttered reluctantly - even if speaker is a stammerer! (Connect to #3.)

8. Act serves purpose(s), whether or not ...
