| REASSERTION (2) Definition: The action of something starting to have an effect again, after a period of not having any effect. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Effect starts or restarts at the right or expected time. 3. Effect, that is, response, reaction, output, etc. is the right one as expected. That is, not a wrong effect or ill effect or an overreaction. 4. Effect started afresh lasts for a period considered adequate. 5. No unplanned loss from the restart or 'renewal'. 6.
