| REARRANGEMENT (2) Definition: The action of changing the time, date or place of an event. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful to rearrange time, date or place. 2. Necessity exists to change the time, date or place of event. That is, there is a reason or justification. 3. Action is done timely to help achieve objective(s). 4. New choice is feasible. That is, the new time, date or place of the event is real or realistic. In other words, fresh plans for event are secured (and not likely to be changed later). 5. Information about new timings, etc. is disseminated appropriately, and timely, to all the concerned parties. 6. No loss is incurred as a result of action (connect to #3). 7.
