Reappraisal
REAPPRAISAL

Definition: The act of examining something again to see if it needs to be changed.

1. Purposeful to recheck thing.

2. Considered necessary, in the opinion of who is reexamining, to check thing again (connect to #3).

3. Thing had been completed or concluded, not a work-in-progress.

4. Adequate time is available to do reassessment.

5. Method adopted is different from earlier method used initially to appraise or examine thing.

6. Reexamination is undertaken with or by a different person (in or not in the presence of the first assessor).

7. Something new is discovered from 'second look'.

8. Process achieves objective(s) (connect to #7).

9. No further ('third') assessment of the thing will be done.

10. Change made in or to a thing, as an outcome of reexamination, results in a better output or product than what would have been had without it.
