| REALLOCATION Definition: A change in the way money or materials are shared between different people, groups, projects, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful to effect a change. 2. Necessity as a result of an error, genuine complaint, etc. That is, there is a reason for change and it is therefore justified. 3. Total resources (money or materials) are pooled (= gathered, collected, arranged, etc.) together. 4. Discussions, agreements, etc., as applicable, leading to a prioritization of needs is done and got right. (To emphasize.) 5. The sharing proper is in order. That is, the calculations, ratios, etc. are done correctly. 6. Share is timely delivered to the rightful beneficiaries. 7. Changes (= receipts) are acceptable, even if grudgingly, by the beneficiaries - gainers and losers all! 8. (New) allocations are useful or usable (connect to #7, to emphasize). 9.
