| REALIST (1) Definition: A person who accepts and deals with a situation as it really is and does not try to pretend that it is different. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Person does not recall up (good) or down (bad) moments (NO WISHES). 2. Makes no assumptions or suppositions and does not rely on a sixth sense or premonition or purports (NO FALSE PREMISE). _____________ 3. No imaginings or going on a wild goose chase (NO PIPE DREAMS). 4. No sentiments or emotions in actions or inaction (NO SENSATIONALISM). _____________ 5. No hope on a guarantee or reassurance or promise by man (NO FANTASIZING). 6. No attempting the 'impossible'. That is, limitations are known (NO COMPLAINTS). _____________ 7. Learned lessons in a past good or bad or confused situation (BYGONES ARE BYGONES). 8. Person is realistically thinking and planning ahead. And working hard too towards goal(s) (NO OARS TO REST ON). _____________ 9. Does not attempt to deceive another or others - he/she/they may already be aware of situation (NO MIND GAMES). 10. Person has no real worry, fear or anxiety.
