REALISM (1)

Definition: A way of seeing, accepting and dealing with situations as they really are without being influenced by your emotions or false hopes.

* All nine elements should be in.


1. Purposeful and necessary - peace of mind, peacefulness, etc.

2. You have a full awareness of the probables and improbable, the possibles and impossibles in the situation.

3. Your frame of mind is excellent at the time; no fear, worry, doubt, anxiety, etc. in the situation (connect to #2).

4. Your personal limitations and official limits, if any, are recognized and accepted in dealing with the situation.

5. The analysis (= thought, assessment, planning, etc.) you make in the situation is usually in-depth and objective, but without imagination! (To emphasize, see definition). That is, the perspective from which you see situation will be an unbiased and selfless one.

6. You have no serious care or concern about possible personal losses or inconveniences, glory or gain, etc. That is, you are not expecting reward or punishment and not vainglorious.

7. You do not delay or procrastinate and give no excuses in any given situation or on any occasion.

8. Your level of self-confidence, self-discipline, self-belief, etc. is at the peak. That is, it is not possible for you to surrender to cravings, frustration, desires, eroticism, etc.!

9. Way adopted achieves objective(s) as exactly hoped for - you will, therefore, experience no shock, let-down or disappointment. (Connect to #1.)
