| REALIGNMENT (2) Definition: The act of getting something changed or making changes to something in order to adapt it to a new situation. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. Carried out timely, but only if there is a certainty that new situation will come about and made just before or when the new situation is arrived at. 3. Extent or measure of change desired will be specific and identifiable, measurable and/or assessable. 4. Correct modification, alteration, amendment, etc. will take place. 5. Coupling, assembly, fixing, positioning, etc., as applicable, of thing or components, is correctly done. 6. What is necessary to guarantee that change made is sustained for duration desired is secured. 7. Trial-run, testing, etc. leading to a certification, confirmation, etc. as appropriate, will be secured. 8.
