Conducted and concluded timely, including result announcements, resolution of dispute(s), etc.. 5. Conduct of activities - campaigning, voting, collation, announcement, etc. goes excellently - without violence, intimidation or thuggery, rigging, etc. 6. No dispute arises from the act (to emphasize, connect to #5 & #7). 7. Act serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s). That is, incumbent wins squarely and cleanly - even if not alive to be sworn in! 8. (Reserved.)
