A noisy and showy display. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful for the noise-makers and show-stoppers (= 'revellers'?). 2. Considered a necessity to pass message or to draw attention in particular way. 3. Location or environment of display will be appropriate and considered convenient. 4. Activity being undertaken will not contain an illegality (or an immorality or illicit act or action). 5. Commences, continues or lasts for a duration believed adequate to help attain goal(s). 6. No unplanned loss will be suffered in the process or during the actions involved in noisy and showy display. 7. Does not disturb or infringe on the rights of others who are within the vicinity but not directly connected with activity. 8.
